When we are being considered for a project we are happy to get involved at the ideas stage and 

produce a specification and estimated cost accordingly. Where a specification has been 

prepared by others, we will visit site, ask questions, make suggestions and produce an estimate 

of costs either to specification or tender. 

Consultancy services will be estimated on a required basis and are based on a charge of 100 

pounds per hour with travel time taken into account but parking included. Overnight stays, plane 

and train fares will be charged as disbursements. Only working hours will be charged and a log 

kept.
